Note

Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out any forms and to get your poles adjusted for the walk.

If you are attending an evening class between October and March when the daylight hours are shorter, please think safety and wear light colored clothes or reflective gear. To ensure safety and visiblilty, You can also place a clip-on bike light on your back and wear a headlamp.These 2 items can be purchased at most sporting goods stores.

Emergency Contact Card Fill out this card and keep with you while participating in our classes. In case of an emergency, this will help everyone.


What to Wear/Bring
 

We suggest that you come dressed for the weather - rain or shine! (except when there's lightning) 
Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and a good pair of walking/running shoes. 
We recommend you also bring a water bottle, a pouch or pocket to put it in, hat, sunscreen, any medications.

*pedometer (counts # of steps),
*heart rate monitor (measures the hearts working intensity), 
*GPS (measures distance and speed),
*snacks .
