Which class should I register for? click here for class descriptions

We recommend that you register for our Nordic walking classes in advance to ensure there is room for you. Class sizes vary but the number of available poles is limited. Registration guarantees your spot in the class.

To register for any of the classes please complete the Forms (Par Q, Waiver and Pre-registration - found under 'Forms' on website) and mail your forms along with payment to:

or bring forms along with payment to your 1st class. Cash or cheques accepted.
Please fill out the Emergency Contact Card and carry it with you during class. In case of an emergency, this will help everyone.

Drop-Ins

Drop-ins are welcome.
*If this is your 1st time N/Walking with us, please call ahead to ensure that your health/fitness level is appropriate for the class you wish to try.
*Pls also have your ParQ, Waiver and Emergency Contact Card signed and brought with you.

$10.00 drop-ins with own poles
$15.00 drop-ins if you use our poles, please call ahead to reserve a set.

Cost
The prices below reflect the cost of 1 class per week for the set # of weeks of that session period.
Discounts for anyone wishing to register for multiple classes.
If you register for two classes per week, a $3.00 discount applies.
If you register for three classes per week, a $5.00 discount applies.

Pls note: Beginning July 1 2010, the new HST comes into affect.

Spring Session 1 - April 12 to May 22 (Six weeks)
Spring Session 2 - May 24 to July 3 ( Six Weeks)

Summer Session 1 - July 5 to July 30 (four weeks)
Summer Session 2 - August 2 to August 27
$28.00 + 3.64 HST (using our poles)
$24.00 + 3.12 HST (own poles)

Fall Session - Sept 13 to November 6 (Eight weeks)
$56.00 + 7.28 HST (using our poles)
$48.00 + 6.24 HST (own poles)

Registration for 2011 Winter Snowshoe must be made in advance
Session 1 - January 8 (Five weeks)
Session 2 - February 12 (Five Weeks)
$45.00 + 5.85 HST (using our poles)
$35.00 + 4.55 HST (own poles)
