Hiking
We regularly plan half day to full day hiking excursions throughout beautiful provincial parks and attractions in the Ottawa, East Ontario and West Quebec regions every season.
We organize small group (up to 15 people) hikes to locations such as: Gatineau Park, Calabogie, Arnprior, South March Highlands, NCC Greenbelt and more!
Explore the natural beauty of our region with Nordic WalkFit!
Lead Instructors
Nadine Imbleau-Redman and Ardeth Kirkham are the lead instructor/guides for our Adventure Hikes.
All outings are planned for intermediate to advanced level walkers/hikers in mind. Must be able to walk at a brisk pace (5kms/hr).
Hike distances range between 10 - 20kms, depending on location
and terrain.
Hikes include a guided/scenic workout tour with rest stops for lunch/refreshments during and afterwards. We organize carpool transportation as needed, and often enjoy a well earned meal stop
at a favourite restaurant near the hiking location afterwards.
Join our hiking group and give yourself a motivating and life enhancing health challenge this year!
